Digilant Revolutionary Stamped Steel Pallets
Digilant offers revolutionary stamped steel pallets that are superior to traditional wood or plastic options, boasting a static weight capacity of 6,600 lbs (3,000kg) and a dynamic fork capacity of 2,650 lbs (1,200kg). These heavy-duty, galvanized pallets are corrosion-resistant, will not deform, and are engineered to survive over 1,000 load cycles, significantly more than wood or plastic. They are also highly practical: weighing only 23 lbs, they are chemical resistant, power washable, compatible with all standard handling equipment (4-way access), and ISPM 15 exempt, making them ideal for export. The pallets are robotically constructed from two stamped and welded galvanized steel panels and nine cone-shaped feet, and are stackable, with 100 pallets standing just over five feet tall.
